David Sanchez-Aguilera

David Sanchez-Aguilera, MA, PHR, is a Human Resources professional based in the Chicagoland area with more than nine years of experience in human capital management. David has advised small and mid-size clients across several functional areas of HR, including talent acquisition, employer culture, benefits and payroll, and employee relations. His industry experience spans finance, healthcare, hospitality, construction and real estate, manufacturing, nonprofit, and education.

David's commitment to diversity and community runs throughout his career. He served as Editorial Chair of the National Diversity Council (2020–2024) and as a member of the Board of Directors for One Solution Global (Rebels for Peace) (2023–2025), and he previously volunteered as a Mentor with Chicago Scholars, helping underserved youth apply to and thrive in college.

Outside of work, David enjoys rock climbing, traveling to theme parks, and sewing.
